Return/exchange policy
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
We offer a no-nonsense returns policy of 15 days from receipt of your items.
If you buy a product in stock and the size is not correct, you can change the size or refund the money of your items. Return postage costs for exchanges and refunds are your responsibility.
If the products are made to order, customized or standard size but made in a limited edition fabric, the money will not be refunded. This item was exclusively made for you.
In the case of making a mistake at the sewing pattern and not corresponding with the measures sent by the customer, we will be responsible for the costs of shipping and repair.
**You must also notice the colors of the samples; sometimes may vary slightly the colors of the actual garment.
Delivery
All shipments are made with Correos, the official postal company in Spain.
All shipments are certified and come with a tracking number.

FREE Tracked Spain delivery on orders over 150€.
Standard Tracked Spain delivery, 7€ to 12€ **depending on the weight.
Europe
European Tracked delivery, 12€ to 30€ ** depending on the weight.
World wide
Worldwide Tracked delivery, 15€ to 30€ ** depending on the weight.
Shipment costs outside the European Union are not included in the price.
We will not be responsible for refunds, the reposition of the order or any additional costs that may occur if the order is lost by the courier or any external circumstance to Mr. Colette,
