Viscose

Viscose is a semi-synthetic type of rayon fabric made from wood pulp. The material looks like silk and feels like cotton. It has a similar drape and smooth feel to silk. This material is absorbent, lightweight, extremely airy, breathable and soft.

It can be washed at home, either by hand in cold water or on a delicate cycle with cold water in a washing machine. Use a mild detergent and gently work it into the fabric. Do not wring or squeeze the item so as to not stretch it. Do not put viscose in the dryer. Rinse and shake out the water and hang it or lay it flat to dry.

Dresses must be hung from the waist or laid it flat to dry.

To iron viscose, set the temperature to the lowest setting and use steam or a dry iron. Place a protector or press cloth, such as a clean cotton handkerchief or fabric scrap, between the iron and fabric to prevent shine.

Composition: 100% viscose.


Viscose Elastic

The material looks like silk and feels like cotton, as it has a similar drape and smooth feel to silk. This material is absorbent, lightweight, extremely airy, breathable, soft and wrinkle-resistant. It is perfect for daily outfits or travel.

It can be washed at home, either by hand in cold water or on a delicate cycle with cold water in a washing machine. Use a mild detergent and gently work it into the fabric. Do not wring or squeeze the item so as to not stretch it. Do not put elastic viscose in the dryer. Rinse and shake out the water and hang it or lay it flat to dry.

Acetate

Acetate we use acetate fabrics for linings. It is a semi-synthetic fabric made from wood pulp blended with silk, polyester or cotton to make it stronger.

This material doesn’t pill, is absorbent, lightweight, extremely airy, breathable and soft.

It can be washed at home, either by hand in cold water or on a delicate cycle with cold water in a washing machine. Use a mild detergent and gently work it into the fabric. Do not wring or squeeze the item so as to not stretch it. Do not put acetate in the dryer. Rinse and shake out the water and hang it or lay it flat to dry.

Light Crepe

Light Crepe is a resistant but lightweight and thin-polyester that has a nice drape and incorporates elastane to make it more stretchy.

This material is wrinkle-resistant, perfect for daily outfits or travel.

It can be washed at home, either by hand in cold water or on a delicate cycle with cold water in a washing machine. Use a mild detergent and gently work it into the fabric. Do not wring or squeeze the item so as to not stretch it. Do not put light crepe in the dryer. Rinse and shake out the water and hang it or lay it flat to dry.

Crepe

Crepe is a resistant but lightweight polyester crepe, with a nice drape. It is thicker than light crepe and incorporates elastane to make it more stretchy to provide the best shape for your silhouette.

This material is wrinkle-resistant, perfect for daily outfits or travel.

It can be washed at home, either by hand in cold water or on a delicate cycle with cold water in a washing machine. Use a mild detergent and gently work it into the fabric. Do not wring or squeeze the item so as to not stretch it. Do not put crepe in the dryer. Rinse and shake out the water and hang it or lay it flat to dry.

Satin

Satin is a resistant polyester fabric. Satin fabric is characterized by a shiny front and lustrous surface on one side, with a dull surface on the other side. It is durable and feels soft with a beautiful drape.

This material is wrinkle-resistant, perfect for travel.

It can be washed at home, either by hand in cold water or on a delicate cycle with cold water in a washing machine. Use a mild detergent and gently work it into the fabric. Do not wring or squeeze the item so as to not stretch it. Do not put satin in the dryer. Rinse and shake out the water and hang it or lay it flat to dry.

Spandex / Lycra

We use spandex fabrics for shaped garments such as Body or Dresses, to provide the best comfort and freshness.

Spandex is a type of synthetic fabric that is very elastic. It is made from a combination of polyester and polyurethane (a flexible plastic material).

It can be washed at home, either by hand in cold water or on a delicate cycle with cold water in a washing machine. Use a mild detergent and gently work it into the fabric. Do not wring or squeeze the item so as to not stretch it. Do not put spandex in the dryer. Rinse and shake out the water and hang it or lay it flat to dry.

This material is wrinkle-resistant, but if you need to iron spandex, set the temperature to the lowest setting and use only steam, never use the iron on this fabric!!


Velvet

We use velvet fabrics mixed with Spandex  for shaped garments such as Body, Dresses or pencil skirts to provide the best comfort.

Velvet is a smooth short dense pile fabric with a shiny appearance that epitomizes luxury. Is made in the pile weave og synthetic fibers.

Cannot be washed at home. Please bring your velvet clothing to a professional dry cleaner.

This material is wrinkle-resistant, but if you need to iron velvet, set the temperature to the lowest setting and use only steam, never use the iron on this fabric!!

Composition: 90% Polyester, 10% Spandex.


Poplin

Poplin is a light cotton fabric perfect for shirts, blouses and dresses. It is breathable, strong and durable nature but soft, lustrous surface. It’s basically a solid, all-rounder fabric that can’t really do any wrong. Poplin can be mixed with expandex to provide more elasticity and comfort.

It can be washed at home, either by hand in cold water or on a delicate cycle with cold water in a washing machine. Use a mild detergent and gently work it into the fabric. Do not wring or squeeze the item so as to not stretch it. Do not put poplin in the dryer. Rinse and shake out the water and hang it or lay it flat to dry.

Micro Corduroy

Micro Corduroy is a corded fabric with a woven rib that has a velvet-like nap. The fibres are twisted together and woven into parallel ribs that form the fabric’s distinct pattern. The cords are often tufted with a gap between the tufts. Usually considered to be a casual material and is more widely used in colder climates because of the warmth it procures. Corduroy is a strong durable fabric with spandex, perfect for skirts and trousers, providing the best comfort.

Twill

Twill is a popular weave pattern characterized by diagonal lines on the face of the fabric, synthetic twill results in a sturdy fabric, combined with spandex make it perfect for skirts and trousers, providing the best comfort.

This material does not wrinkle easily, perfect for daily outfits or travel.

It can be washed at home, either by hand in cold water or on a delicate cycle with cold water in a washing machine. Use a mild detergent and gently work it into the fabric. Do not wring or squeeze the item so as to not stretch it. Do not put twill in the dryer. Rinse and shake out the water and hang it or lay it flat to dry.

Polyester

Polyester is a man-made fiber that is synthesized from petroleum-based products. Polyester is comfortable, lightweight and has a slightly silky feel, with a beautiful drape.

Apparel made from polyester traps the sweat against the skin. This means that polyester shirts may feel slightly clammy in warm weather.

This material is very durable and is the most wrinkle-resistant, perfect for daily outfits or travel.

It can be washed at home, either by hand in cold water or on a delicate cycle with cold water in a washing machine. Use a mild detergent and gently work it into the fabric. Do not wring or squeeze the item so as to not stretch it. Do not put Polyester in the dryer. Rinse and shake out the water and hang it or lay it flat to dry.

Polyester cannot be ironed, this material is wrinkle-resistant, but if you need to iron polyester, only set the temperature to the lowest setting and use steam with prevention distance.


Light wool

Light wool is made from the natural fibers from the fleece of animals with high quality. Light wool is not warm, but very absorbent, comfortable, lightweight, extremely airy, breathable, soft and regulates your own temperature with a beautiful drape.

Sometimes light wool is blended with other textiles, such as spandex or elastane, to add stretch.

Light wool cannot be washed at home. Please bring your wool clothing to a professional dry cleaner. It is not necessary to do this all the time and you can use steam to smooth out wrinkles. Avoid using an iron since direct heat can cause damage to the garment by changing the structure of the proteins in the wool fibers.
